Audio Recording Sessions
Elite Music Studios has an experienced staff of engineers, as well as state of the art recording equipment. With two audio control rooms, we are capable of recording a phone patch TV or radio commercials, while doing an ISDN/ADR session in the other room, or dubbing a corporate video while talents are auditioning for the next project. We are ready to voice your idea…
We are… your Voice Solution!
Integrated Services Digital Network enables Elite to connect digitally to other ISDN equipped studios, broadcasters, actors and voice-over artists located all over the world.
Miami is a must stop for many celebrities and TV/Film personalities from around the world. Here at Elite Music Studios we offer them the convenience of recording from their location, without having to travel distances or waste valuable time. That is why offering ISDN services is key to our business.
Our clients in London, New Zealand, Latin America and throughout the U.S., have recorded via ISDN live radio interviews, commercial voice overs, narrative TV series, ADR’s for movies, IVR sessions, without disrupting the daily activities and obligations of the actors. We also offer convenient after hour sessions as we adapt to the demanding schedule of actors and all of our clients.
ISDN technology is a set of communication standards for simultaneous digital transmission of voice, video, data, and other network services over the traditional circuits of the public switched telephone network. We offer worldwide connectivity with ISDN codecs and bridge to Source Connect Systems. Screens in the voice-over booth and main studio can display video as required. We use Pro Tools and handle most common formats.

Automated Dialogue Replacement (ADR)
Is the process of re-recording the original dialogue after the filming process for the purpose of obtaining a cleaner, and more intelligible dialogue track. This is one of our favorite services; we really enjoy having actors perform a live action scene or a romantic one. We can do ADR sessions with ISDN lock to your studio, or we can record sync to picture and deliver the session right to you.
Since celebrities are busy at the set or comfortably resting in their hotel room, we also offer remote ADR sessions. We bring our mobile audio booth and equipment to wherever they are. You can supervise the session trough our mobile phone patch connection and make sure that we will deliver the Protools session to you in a blink of an eye.
Our latest ADR session includes the following: We visited Kevin James’ South Florida residence, to record some scenes from “Here comes the Boom”. We also visited Super Model Naomi Campbell to record some of her parts in the TV show “The Face”. For this same show, we also recorded Super Model Karolina Kurková at our studio facilities. We were delighted to have actor Jeffrey Morgan performing action scenes for the movie “The Courier” as well as the great Gabrielle Anwar in one of her TV movies “Carnal Innocence”.
We offer a variety of microphones like:
Neumann TLM 102
Neumann TLM 103
Audio Technica AT4050
Sony Condenser Mic ShotGun
LAV Sony ECN 77
A Phone Patch allows two-way communication with the client; this reduces the need for retakes or pickups at a later date and makes the entire recording process more efficient and faster. Allowing instant adjustment and correction to the talent performance gives much higher probability that you will be satisfied with the final results.
Overall, the experience feels as if you were in the control room directing the talent over the “talkback” mic, while you are still at your office creating new ideas.
Book your Phone Patch session today and direct the voice actor over the comfort of your office, home or studio.
Planning is key for recording sessions. Coordinating in advance all the elements that will be needed, either if recording an ISDN/ADR or a simple voice prompt, will make your session run as smoothly as expected. Please do check your voice over actor’s availability prior to booking a session, send scripts, videos, backing or guide tracks, running orders and contact information to us the day before if possible.
For ISDN sessions, since there are so many different codecs in use, we always try to do a test at least one day before. We will then know which settings work best for your needs.
We will make sure your artists, guests and production staff enjoy the experience of working with us.
